Aftercare Instructions
It's important that you maintain your board so you can enjoy many years of use. This can be achieved by following these instructions
*After each use:
Thoroughly clean cutting board with lukewarm water and soap. Give it plenty of time to dry.
(DO NOT put through dishwasher!)

*As and when needed:
Sand cutting board to a smooth surface. Sandpaper is fine, however an electrical orbit sander is better. Boards that have resin may need a finer grit and polish to achieve desired effect

Apply a thin layer of a mineral oil or you can purchase cutting board oil. Leave for several hours to allow oil to penetrate the wood then wipe of any excess oil. For more water protection and shine, you can also apply a layer of beeswax or again you can purchase cutting board wax.
Wipe off any excess residue, and after your board is totally dry, your board is now ready to use again.
